Краткая деятельность Кипрского отделения ИППО
Императорское Православное Палестинское Общество (ИППО) создано Указом Императора Александра III, 8 мая 1882 года был утвержден Устав ИППО, а 21 мая в Петербурге состоялось его торжественное открытие, приуроченное к празднованию святых равноапостольных Константина и Елены, воздвигших первые христианские храмы на Святой Земле, обретших Животворящий Крест Господень. Этот день с тех пор отмечается как день рождения Палестинского Общества.
С 1992 года Комитет Почетных членов Императорского Православного Палестинского Общества возглавлял Святейший Патриарх Московской и всея Руси Алексий II, а с 2009 года — Святейший Патриарх Московский и всея Руси Кирилл.
14 июня 2007 года Председателем Императорского Православного Палестинского Общества был единогласно избран Степашин Сергей Вадимович.
9 апреля 2009 года Общее собрание Императорского Православного Палестинского Общества, решило открыть Отделение ИППО в Республике Кипр. Председателем был назначен профессор, член-корреспондент РАЕН Буланов Леонид Алексеевич, ответственным секретарем, магистр Плешакова Неля Анатольевна. В Кипрском отделении сейчас I вице-президент А. Филокипру, вице-президент А. Кареклас. Более 20 членов Кипрского отделения и 7 активистов. Совет отделения возглавляет Буланов Л.А.
4 августа 2010 года Кипрское отделение Императорского Православного Палестинского Общества было окончательно зарегистрировано в Республике Кипр. В этом же году был создан международный сайт Кипрского отделения ИППО IPPOCYPRUS.RU редактор сайта действительный член ИППО, магистр Плешакова Н. А.
Сейчас сайт посещают люди из различных стран мира (России, Кипра, Германии, Дании, Финляндии, Польши, Турции, Казахстана, Узбекистана и многих других) на него ссылаются ведущие российские информационные агентства и другие СМИ.
Интернет — сайт www.ippocyprus.ru является официальным интернет-представительством Кипрского отделения Международной общественной организации «Императорское Православное Палестинское Общество». На сайте размещены информационные материалы о текущей деятельности Кипрского отделения ИППО и Императорского Православного Палестинского Общества, а также обширные материалы о культуре, религии, туризме Кипра с красочными фотографиями острова Кипр в разделе сайта «Фотогалерея».
Председателем Кипрского отделения ИППО Л.А. Булановым написано и издано много статей о культуре Кипра, православной религии, церквях, монастырях Кипра. Статьи публиковались в таких журналах, как «Наука и религия», газете «Русский Вестник» и др.
Выступление на радио и телевидении в таких программах как Голос России иновещание, Международная панорама российское телевидение и другие.
Журналист сайта IPPOCYPRUS.RU брал интервью у Архиепископа Кипра Хризостома II. Перевод интервью публиковался в научных журналах, журналах и газетах, а также на интернет-сайтах российских и европейских.
C 2011 года Кипрское отделение ИППО подписало договор о культурном и деловом сотрудничестве с Международной Общественной Организацией АКДС «ФИЛИЯ», а также был подписан договор о культурном и деловом сотрудничестве с Московским областным региональным отделением ИППО и Владимирским отделением ИППО. Тесно сотрудничает по обмену информацией с газетой Вестник Кипра, а также с сайтом Европейской академии естественных наук.
С 2013 года Кипрское отделение ИППО вошло в состав Международного Содружества общественных объединений – Обществ Дружбы с народами зарубежных стран (МСОД).
С 2013 года Кипрское отделение ИППО входит в состав членов Российской ассоциации международного сотрудничества (РАМС).
Кипрское отделение ИППО проводило и организовывало побратимство Владимира (РФ) и Ларнаки (Республика Кипр) 11.05.2012г., а также взаимные визиты Совета города Ларнаки в город Владимир. В связи с этим крупным международным событием издана книга на двух языках «Побратимство Ларнаки и Владимира», документальный фильм (Побратимство двух городов), выпущена памятная медаль и две европейских почтовых марки.
Кипрское отделение как европейская общественная организация организовывало и проводило 15.02.2013 года побратимство городов Вифлеема (Палестина) и Владимира (РФ), а также принимали мэра города Вифлеема в ответном визите в городе Владимире. В связи с этим событием выпущена памятная медаль «Побратимство Вифлеема и Владимира» и европейская почтовая марка, а также книга на двух языках «Побратимство Вифлеема и Владимира».
В 2013 году Кипрское отделение ИППО участвовало в установке памятника Ю.А. Гагарину в городе Никосии (Республика Кипр), проводит крупную ежегодную, международную конференцию в городе Лимасоле (Республика Кипр), посвященную инвестициям и финансам, культурному сотрудничеству стран Ближнего Востока. Информируют о каждой конференции в СМИ и на сайтах интернет пространства. Совместно с АКДС «Филия» проводит ежегодные, международные музыкальные конкурсы в городе Лимасоле (Республика Кипр).
14 октября 2014 г. проводилось совместное празднование 50-летия дружественных отношений между Россией и Кипром.
Кипрское отделение ИППО провело и организовало 27 сентября 2014г. побратимство двух городов — города Айя-Напа (Респ. Кипр) и Иваново
(Р. Ф.), а так же организовывает взаимный визит мэрии Айя-Напы в город Иваново, в мае 2015г. Организовывало паломничество по святым местам Кипра делегации из Иваново. Это событие широко освящалось в СМИ и интернет-изданиях.
В ноябре 2014 года в рамках ежегодной конференции ИППО в Лимассоле организовывало паломничество по святым местам Кипра. Включив в план ежегодных паломничеств ИППО.
14 января 2015 г. председатель Кипрского отделения ИППО брал интервью у Митрополита Констанции-Аммахостоса Василия (Караяниса).
В марте 2015 года подписан договор о сотрудничестве и культурных связях между Кипрским отделением ИППО и газетой “Вестник Кипра”.
Так же в марте 2015 года Сайт WWW. IPPOCYPRUS.RU переформирован в новое интернет-издание, в современном стиле интернет-технологий, добавлены слайд шоу “святая земля Кипра” и видеофильмами “Церкви и обители Кипра”.
Сейчас идет подготовка к 5-летия Кипрского отделения ИППО , который будет праздноваться в городе Москве, в августе 2015 года, а так же празднованию совместно с АКДС «Филия» 55-лет республики Кипр.

Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society
The Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society (IOPS) was established by the Decree of the Emperor Alexander III. Its Charter was approved on May 8, 1882 followed by the grand opening, which was held in St. Petersburg on May 21, to coincide with the celebration of Saints Constantine and Helen, Holy Equals-to-the-Apostles, who constructed the first Christian churches in the Holy Land and found the True Cross of the Lord. This day has since been celebrated as the birthday of the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society.
From 1992 to 2009 His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Alexei II headed the Committee of Honorary Members of the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society. Since 2009 the Committee is headed by His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill.
Sergey V. Stepashin was unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society on June 14, 2007.
The General Meeting of the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society held on April 9, 2009 decided to open a branch of IOPS in the Republic of Cyprus. Professor and corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences Leonid A. Bulanov was appointed as the Chairman, Master Nelia A. Pleshakova – as the executive secretary. A. Philokyprou is a first vice-president and A. Kareklas — a vice-president. Currently the Cyprus branch has over 20 members and 7 activists. The Branch Council is headed by Prof. Bulanov.
In 2010 the Cyprus Branch of the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society was registered in the Republic of Cyprus, the registration certificate was issued on August, 4. At the same time a website www.ippocyprus.ru was established. The editor of the site is Master Nelia A. Pleshakova, a full member of IOPS. At present the site is visited by people from different countries (Russia, Cyprus, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and many others) and it is cited by the leading Russian news agencies and other media.
The site www.ippocyprus.ru is the official web site of the Cyprus branch of the International Public Organization «Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society». The webpage contains materials about current activities of the Cyprus Branch of IOPS and the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society, as well as vast information about culture, religion and tourism in Cyprus, including colorful pictures of the island of Cyprus (in the section «Photo Gallery»).
The Chairman of the Cyprus Branch of IOPS Prof. Bulanov has written and published many articles describing the Orthodox religion, the churches and the monasteries of Cyprus and its culture. These articles were published in the journal «Science and Religion», the newspaper «Russian Vestnik» and etc. Prof. Bulanov appears on radio and television programs such as The Voice of Russia international service, International Panorama, Russian TV and others, talking about Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society, its Cyprus branch, and Republic of Cyprus.
In July 2011 the journalist of the site www.ippocyprus.ru took an interview with His Beatitude Archbishop Chrysostomos II of Nea Justiniana and All Cyprus. The translation of the interview was published in scientific journals, magazines and newspapers, as well as Russian and European websites.
In 2011 the Cyprus branch of IOPS signed an agreement on cultural and business cooperation with the International public organization Association of the cultural and business cooperation and friendship with the people of Greece and Cyprus «Philia» (AKDS «Philia»), and with Moscow and Vladimir regional branches of IOPS.
The Cyprus branch of IOPS also closely collaborates with the newspaper “Vestnik Kipra” (“Bulletin of Cyprus”) and the website of the European Academy of Natural Sciences by exchanging relevant information. In March 2015 Cyprus branch of IOPS and the newspaper “Vestnik Kipra” signed an agreement on cooperation and cultural ties.
The Cyprus branch of IOPS participated in organization and arrangement of the twinning between the cities of Vladimir (Russia) and Larnaca (Cyprus), which took place on 11.05.2012, as well as helped in organization of visits of the Board of Larnaca Municipality Council to the city of Vladimir. In connection with this event, a book «Twinning Larnaca and Vladimir» was published in Russian and English, a documentary film “Twinning two cities” was released and a commemorative medal and European postal stamps were issued.
The Cyprus branch as an International public organization was involved in preparations of the signing a twinning agreement between Bethlehem of Palestine and Vladimir of Russia, which happened on 15.02.2013 and welcomed the mayor of Bethlehem during the second visit to the city of Vladimir. In honor of this event, a commemorative medal «Twinning Bethlehem and Vladimir» and a European postal stamp were issued.
Since 2013, the Cyprus branch of IOPS is a member of the International Community associations, the Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (ICDE) and the Russian Association of International Cooperation (RAMS).
In 2013 the Cyprus branch of IOPS participated in the installation of the monument of Y.A. Gagarin in Nicosia (Cyprus).
Annually in Limassol (Cyprus) the Cyprus branch of IOPS holds the large international conference devoted to investments, finances and cultural cooperation in the Middle East. In the frame of the conference a pilgrimage to the holy places of Cyprus is offered to the conference participants. Information of this event is widely published in the media and at the internet sites. Together with AKDS «Philia» the Cyprus branch of IOPS is co-organizing the annual international music competition, which takes place in Limassol (Cyprus).
In 2014 together with AKDS «Philia» the Cyprus branch of IOPS as a co-organizer participated in the celebration of 50 years anniversary of the establishment of friendly relations between the Republic of Cyprus and the Russian Federation.
On September 27, 2014 the town twinning agreement between Agia Napa (Republic of Cyprus) and Ivanovo (Russia) was signed. The Cyprus branch of IOPS was involved in organization of this event and currently is helping to prepare the visit of the Agia Napa Municipality Council delegation to Ivanovo, which is planned to take place in May 2015.
On January 14, 2015 the Chairman of the Cyprus branch of IOPS Prof. Bulanov interviewed the Most Reverend Metropolitan Vasilios (Karajiannis) of Constantia and Ammochostos. The interview is published at the webpage of the Cyprus branch of IOPS.
In March 2015 a new version of the webpage www.ippocyprus.ru was released offering a modern style and advances of internet technologies to the readers. The modernized site contains a new slide show «Holy land of Cyprus» and a new video «Churches and monasteries of Cyprus».
Now members of the Cyprus branch of IOPS are in preparations for the celebration of the 5th anniversary of the Cyprus branch of IOPS, which will take place in Moscow in August 2015. Together with AKDS «Philia» the Cyprus branch of IOPS is involved in preparations of the celebration of 55 years anniversary of the Republic of Cyprus.

БУЛАНОВ Леонид Алексеевич – известный ученый и международный общест-венный деятель, основоположник научной остеопатии в России.
Родился в городе Москве в семье интеллигентов: отец – инженер-строитель, мать – инженер-технолог. По материнской и отцовской линии отцы были священниками.
Имеет два высших образования – высшее медицинское (факультет – лечебное дело) и высшее психологическое (факультет – психология).
Леонид Алексеевич Буланов – лицензированный врач, врач-невропатолог (ордина-тура, сертификат врача), врач ортопед-травматолог (сертификат врача), врач мануальный терапевт (сертификат врача), врач высшей категории по специальности мануальная терапия, основатель и руководитель «Научно-исследовательской лечебной клиники Хиропрактики и Остеопатии» («НИЛКХО»), которой 10 декабря 2011 года исполнилось 20 лет. В связи с 11-летием клиника награждена медалью Дашковой Е.В. Российской Академии Естественных Наук (РАЕН), а за научные, медицинские и общественные достижения – медалью Гиппократа наградного Комитета РФ, почетными грамотами, благодарственными письмами, дипломами.

Leonid A. Bulanov is a known scientist and international public figure, the founder of scientific osteopathy in Russia. He was born in Moscow in the family of two engineers, his father was an engineer in construction and his mother was a technology engineer. His grandfathers on the maternal and paternal sides were priests.
Leonid A. Bulanov has a higher medical education in two areas: he holds a Diploma in General medicine and a second Diploma in Psychology. He is a licensed doctor and holds doctor’s certificates in neurology, orthopedics and traumatology, manual therapy. He is also a chiropractor with doctor’s certificate and holds a title of a «Doctor of the highest category» in this field.
Leonid A. Bulanov is a founder and a director of «Scientific-research medical clinic of manual therapy and osteopathy» («NILKHO»), which turned 20 years old on December 10, 2011. In connection with the 11th anniversary the clinic was awarded the Dashkova Medal by the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS). For its scientific, medical and social achievements the clinic was awarded the Hippocrates medal by the Awards Committee of the Russian Federation, as well as multiple certificates, letters of appreciation and diplomas.
Leonid A. Bulanov is a member of the Scientific Council of the clinic «NILKHO», the chief-editor of websites www.osteopat.ru, www.chiropractic.ru, www.kiropractic.ru, and www.bulanov.ru. He has an MD degree and a Ph.D. in medical sciences at the European University. Dr. Bulanov is a professor, a corresponding-member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, an academician of the IASP (a member of the Presidium of the Academy), an academician of the MAANOI, a corresponding member of the MADEMN, a Professor Emeritus of Medicine and a Honorary Doctor of Philosophy at the European Academy of Natural Sciences (EANS, Hannover, Germany) and the European University, an academician of EANS (together with holding the highest scientific title of the Academy — the European Senator of EANS and having a tape of the Academy and the Senator star), a honorary academician of the Boniface Academy (Anagni, Italy), an academician of the International Academy for Economic and Social Studies (Rome, Italy), a Honorary Scientist of Rome, an academician of the African-Eurasian Academy of Natural Sciences (Conakry). European Union of the Knights had nominated him to the title of Baron (European title of nobility) for the achievements in European science. Currently Leonid A. Bulanov has a mantle of Baron and a heraldic coat of arms (the emblem of a lion, snake, sword and shield, bow and arrows, symbols of Christianity and medicine).
